The last time I was in the gym was october. Previous i had been going for about 3 years on and off. However i do not think i got the best out of the gym, as i did not know really how to get to the body shape that i wanted. Recently thought i have had a huge urge to rejoin which in my case isn't great considering i don't really have any gyms nearby me. I live in stratford which has just housed the olympics but strangely no gyms around. I thought about running outside and while going a few times it eventually faded to nothing whilst having a lot of uni work and stress on me. Recently i've discovered a few fitness channels on youtube and started doing there work outs. The lean machines http://www.youtube.com/user/TheLeanMachines are great guys who show such passion for fitness and are extremely knowledgeable and i would highly rate these guys if you are looking to get tips on how to get to your desired weight or to lose from a specific area with the boys giving great advice on exercising a certain area such as your stomach. So over the next few weeks, now that uni isn't so bad i will try to get out on the road running, hopefully there will be nicer weather. I will try to cut back on how much junk food i eat. I'm a sucker for sweets especially raspberry bon bons and alcohol. Good luck for anyone else trying to get into shape for summer.

Monday always comes round really quick. So quite a release of new songs and music this week.
Azealia banks - harlem shake . Here rapping on the new craze dance song current trending across the world. While i do like this song this wasn't suppose to be her new single which once again has been pushed back. Next time azealia when you say a date stick to it. currently a free download.
Marina and the diamonds - E.V.O.L. A valentines gift from marina which isn't on electra heart. While the song isn't anything new, listen to electra heart, it could easily slot onto electra heart so fans of the album should be happy. Its current a free download.
HAIM- falling. The bbc sound of 2013 pool winners have had a consistent stream of new music release this being a particular favourite of mine of theres. Very close to there other music but more hypnotic.
John newman - try. From fame with rudimentary where his vocals contribute to my favourite song of 2012 to his own solo music.
Example - Perfect replacement. Not sure why this song hasnt performed better considering his last album of pretty much the same songs did really well but this song is a classic example tune.
Bruno mars- Locked out of heaven. Didn't realise i didn't put this song on so a little bit late now but the chorus is just so emotional and listening to bruno's voice never really gets old.
So yesterday i went to my local key and boot repair man. I was taking my favourite pair of boots to get re-heeled but the damage to them is extreme. I have wore them down so bad he would have charged me 20 pound for them which for me is a bit too much considering i only payed 40 pound for them. So i decided to just buy a new pair of boots. I have wanted dr martens for ages and was suppose to go to a sample sale of them in camden like a year ago but was majorly ill at the time and didn't end up going. Now my money is really running low but i have an overdraft, i'm a student, i'm all ready in debt whats 50 pound on top of that. If your thinking 50 pound for dr martens boots thats cheap that is due to amazon with there 20 per cent off when you sign up to there emails and all ready 30 per cent off. So i bought the cherry red pair and am eagerly awaiting them to arrive so i can wear them. I also recently bought a top from river island which i really like as well as it being a size XS. There was also a few really nice army print tops which when they all started to come out i really disliked, the whole camouflage Print. I'm pretty sure i now like it. My new love label is Ted baker after a recent shopping trip to selfridges i discover a teal leather sachet and mustard hooded jacket which i should have bought. The people in selfidges were lovely and i thank the guy with the pink blazer which was also nice but i don't feel i can pull pink off or i would have bought it its on the ted baker website for 250 if anyone wants to take a look.
Ages ago now i tried out the a box of nutritious snacks from Graze. An online company that is always promoting its free graze box deal. While free, you still have to enter your bank detail, if you forgot to cancel it after this free box you will end up paying the 3.89 for a box. Which for me, personally, do not free is worth it. I had in my 4 little sachets ; strawberry milkshake(mini strawberries, white chocolate buttons and banana coins) , korean chilli rice crackers, cranberry and honey nut granola and sticky lemon dip. I like the strawberry milkshake the rest was not great and very dull tasting and to think that if i would have payed 3.89 for tiny portions of this is very hard to swallow. i recommend to the people who actually like some of there foods to go and buy silmiar products in food stores as the tiny portions with the inflated price is ridiculous. Thank you graze for the free box but you wont be seeing my money and i definitely wouldn't recommend it to you guys.

My songs this week are very mixed with some being old and a few newer ones. With the grammys yesterday i'm sure a lot of people will be going out to buy all the winners albums and songs and stuff and looking at the winners i recommend franks and Mumford and sons album but i still prefer sigh no more which is an amazing album. Single wise i do love Goytes somebody that i use to know but wish someone with a better voice sang it.

hi guys,
so i though i would explain why music is important to me which i think i can explain quite well. There are things that i cant really say out loud, yet listening to music feels like a release. It feels like i am saying stuff through my choice of music or a song. Which could say more about me then properly more than my friends know about me. Listening to say professor greens read all about it means a lot to me because of problems with my father, its strange in a way that one song could bring back a lot of emotions that maybe you have never through about , but with a song it seems to come to mind more. This is why i think Adele has done so well, people have a connection with her music because they identify her music with a person and therefore it means more to them than other music. I feel music as a release one of the best forms of escapism and a good form of therapy in some cases.

So yesterday me and my best friend wanted to get out of the house. Sunday, i was hungover, was a wasted day. So we went to brick lane and spitalfields. Then walked to oxford street via covent garden and soho. I loved the walk but to say i was tired afterward is a understatement but i slept so well. Anyway i went into the rather large topman and spent not to much money, the 20 per cent off which ends on the 18th of feburary was indeed helpful. Here is what i bought and yes i like tie dye.
This february for me is quite a dry month of albums. Im looking forward to march and april a lot. I'll add any albums on as the month goes on if i haven't added them.
The Courteeners- ANNA
The Courteeners third album and this english indie band will be looking to reproduce the success of the previous two. One single has been released from the album as a single - lose control . W
Listening to the other songs there is the same indie band but the songs seem more gelled and polished than before. Most of the songs are going to be amazing live. While a decent length of 12 songs there is no deluxe edition.

Frightened Rabbit- Pedestrian verse.
This band having recently being added to a big record label are releasing there fourth album. This album however is not solely written by the lead singer. Which seems to have made a huge improvement . The album sounds to me to be more influenced hugely by Mumford and Sons. However not as good this album is still well produced and worth a listen.

Theme Park: 'Theme Park A brand new band of three boys ,previously four, who have been touted since 2011. There songs quite indie dance and creative at the same time when looking at tonight. There previous songs have been quite but with there album due for a late febuary release there hopefully will be some success for a rising indie band. Also the guy on the left looks creepy. no offence. I also love the name of the band. only because i love theme parks. TTFN
