The mid season sale is always a great time to grab items that could still be warn for a while with jumpers going away soon and more t-shirts and shirts being essential for the hopefully warmer times ahead. Here is my pick of the best of the ASOS sale, ASOS own brand only. ASOS always has great prints and such a huge range of different styles that there is always something I personally want. The star jumper and leopard print shirt are properly my favourite.

The past week has just flown by. Being contracted full time in My work and trying to still fit everything I did before is hard. As well as the fact I'm extremely lazy and can't cope with cold weather.  So the music here kinda reflects my moods for the past week.

Optimism

Optimism is not a trait I naturally posse. I naturally fear the worse and a large part of my laziness towards certain areas in my life is my fear to fail. I'm not an optimistic person. Questioning everything can be hard sometimes. Even down to dressing myself. Do I like what I wear? Do I like what others wear ? Is my opinion relevant.  Most of the time I dislike what I wear. You could say I'm too critical or you could say I'm trying to be perfect. Yet all around in the media, in other blogs are beautiful people. It's intimating. I'm Jealous. It's an ugly trait jealously. It leads to a hatred of others and a resentment of everything you have. So I'm trying to be optimistic. Looking at all the good things I have in my life. Doing what makes me happy. So I may not look perfect or act perfect but I'm happy. Well I'm happy with everything but my hair. I just want to do a Britney where I shave all my hair off  but the bald head is properly not going to suit my lumpy head.

Here is my selection of river islands collection at the moment. Dark floral prints and green tones. The postcard t-shirt is my pick of the collection. With its multilayered and futuristic print.

Next Summer Collection.

Hey. So you would think that working at next I would be biased towards them. However if you look at my everyday wardrobe I have one jumper, the blue/teal jumper in the top left corner. I do obviously have suit trousers and shirts from work which I do honestly love. Working in the clothes means its essential the clothing is good quality and it really is. The waistcoat and trousers I have are comfortable and stylish. My graduation suit was from next and I bought that before I started working there.
So looking for summer I found a lot of colourful pastel shorts and shirts for summer. The brown colour palette suit is my favourite suit of there extensive collection. Especially when you add in the retro shirts.
There collection sometimes seems to suit the older generation but this season I can see a lot more that would easily fit into my ever expanding wardrobe. Hopefully my stepdad can be convinced to bulid me a bigger wardrobe soon. Enjoy.
